Providence Church

Spring Hill

Nursery- We love the little ones at Providence Church (And we have lots of them!) The clean and safe nursery at Providence Church is an excellent place for infants and preschoolers to be loved on and well-supervised during the service. Under the direction of our beloved nursery director, Karen Waterfield, the nursery is always staffed with trained and background-checked volunteers with a heart for children. For more information or questions about the Providence nursery, contact Karen Waterfield at

Providence Kids- Children are a special part of our congregation. At Providence, children stay with their families until the conclusion of the worship music. Afterward, our K5-3rd graders are escorted to their class by our well-trained safety team.  In Children's Church, your little one will learn the great truths of the scripture in a fun, interactive, and safe environment. Not sure about children’s church? That’s okay! Children are always welcome to stay in the sanctuary with their parents! For more information or questions about the children's programs at Providence, contact Karen Waterfield at

ProTeen Youth- Providence Church youth ministries is a quickly growing segment of Providence Church. Students in grades 6-12 meet on alternate Wednesday nights for a time of activities, worship through music and scripture study. Everything on Wednesdays aims to help youth know God more, grow in Him and live like a relationship with Christ really matters. Students also have opportunities to participate in retreats, summer missions and local / community missions. For more information about our ProTeen Youth ministries, contact Pastor Greg at 352.610.2551 or email

Small Groups- New to church? Getting to know others is a great way to get plugged in! Need to grow in your understanding of scripture? Bible Study helps! Small groups provide fellowship with others and allow for growing in the scripture together with love and support from people, who, just like you, want to become more like Jesus day by day. Providence Small Groups meet throughout the community. Check the Small Group tab for a current listing of Providence Small Groups, or, to learn more, contact Pastor Greg at 352.610.2551 or email

We'd love for you to come join us in the effort! To learn more about how you can become involved in local mission work, contact David Steadman at 352.232.9643.
